Initial Consultation
KitchEnvisions of Tallahassee offers a full measure and three-step design service, where we come to you, take precise measurements of your spaces, discuss a basic scope of work and strategy from your vision, and then incorporate these into a full color rendering, with samples of your new space. The Initial Consultation is no risk and no hassle- just us talking up your vision of the space.
Design Process
We strive to keep the process moving forward for your project, so we start with a three step design process, where we use those measurements we took and incorporate them into a couple of possibilities on how we envision your space could work best. With over 19 years of design experience, in residential and commercial space, you will receive our personalized service, regardless of how big or how small.
Project Planning & Management
Once we have a good visual of the new space, we work to enhance the projects, by helping select all materials and ensure the layout works best for your needs. Whether we just do a full design for you, or take on ordering and managing the entire project, we work to keep a transparent process with you, including costs, change orders, potential issues should they arise, and of course, viable solutions as we go.
What’s included?
Initial consultation is free of charge, so no risk and no hassle. We like to think of it as a meet and greet, except with pen, paper and a camera phone. Gives us both time to ask questions about the processes and set up a good plan moving forward.
Our Total Design Process
Our services beyond that include precise measurements of each space of the project, including electrical, lighting and any framing and plumbing plans. You will be immersed in 3D color renderings and actual sample textures for approval. This minimizes inaccuracy and ensures all steps are streamlined and progressing towards your vision of a new space each step of the way.
Our Project Planning & Managements
Our way of doing things includes you bringing your vision to the drawing table, your input to the selections, and your particular family needs into our process. We take it from there, with comprehensive planning, transparent material costs, accurate ordering, and responsive customer service. All managed projects get daily walks and updated photos of the ongoing process, just as you would expect.
